The information in your profile is visible to other members who search the database and select to view your profile. Only your profile information is displayed - your email address is never shown as part of your profile. This is always hidden, and communication can only be done through our web forms. Your web address will only be seen if you choose to send a message through InMyField (the recepient will see your email address to send a reply) or if you choose to reply to a message sent through InMyField (any replies and further correspondence are done through email accounts, not InMyField).

Your details are held in a secure database, accessed by InMyField staff. The server we host on is fully managed and proactively monitored 24/7, 365 days a year, and is always up to date with the latest security applications including a dedicated firewall.

If you receive a message you are not interested in, you are not obliged to reply. However if you continue to receive unwanted or inappropriate messages from a member please pass these messages on to us and let us know and we will deal with the member appropriately.

We expect all InMyField members to conduct themselves in a professional, friendly, positive and courteous manner at all times. Unprofessional or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of membership.

Please get in touch with us using the 'Contact InMyField' form on the website. Let us know the name of the member who is carrying out the harrassment, and keep any emails which you have been sent as evidence. If this harrassment is taking place on the forum, please list the forum threads in your email. We will endeavour to sort out the problem as soon as possible. Members who harrass other members will have their membership terminated.
